Jay CoolPresident

Jay Cool is a third generation tile & mosaic artisan. He has worked in the industry since 1982 when he founded Cools Custom as a premier remodeling company with a heavy emphasis on Tile & Natural Stone. He oversees and administers and all business operations the old fashioned way with excellent customer service as his top priority.

Jason CoolProject Manager

Jason Cool has worked alongside his father in the remodeling industry from an early age. He prides himself on exceptional customer service for each job. Jason oversees each project from start to finish and works daily with each client both in-home and in project management.

Reyna CoolChief Operations Officer

Reyna is always standing by to ensure that our clients are receiving reliable communication from our team, and that customer expectations are being met. She helps facilitate company activity enabling our staff to meet client goals in an efficient and thorough manner.
